Bubble tea, tea houses, Asian bakeries and dessert shops in this group are usually walk-in, counter-order businesses with a menu board overhead listing sweetness and ice levels you can adjust when ordering. Standard bubble tea customization includes sugar level (0-100%), ice level, and a choice of toppings like boba pearls, pudding or jelly, usually at a small extra charge. Asian bakeries sell items individually with tongs and a tray, cafeteria-style, rather than pre-boxed, and pastries are typically less sweet than Western bakery items. OMG!! To say these cookies are good is such a disservice. These are an experience that I'm happy I've now tried. This is my first foray into a cookie place outside of homemade or a bakery and I'm going bonkers. I want one of everything, maybe 2. Three? Each handcrafted delicious treat is insanely delicious. I'm so happy we stopped in because I might just get my sugar fix. Maybe. The service we received was absolutely incredible! The sweet woman who helped us is very knowledgeable and proud of all their products. The place is very clean and inviting and I'm almost grateful that I don't live next door. Almost. 100/5 stars 🌟

Tried this place for the first time and at first my daughter and I were hesitant to wait since it was pretty busy and there was only one girl working. My daughter had been wanting to try it for a while, so we decided to stay and I’m so glad we did. Angelina took her time with every customer while still acknowledging us as we waited, which I really appreciated. When it was our turn, she was incredibly sweet to my 10 yr old answering all her questions and explaining how the flavors switch monthly. She went into great detail about the soda options and made the whole experience fun for her. The cookies were good, the Dirty Dr. was fire, and honestly, Angelina made the experience worth the wait. Great customer service is hard to come by these days, so I truly appreciate it when I come across it. I would definitely go back

Service was great. However, the food is subpar. We got four items, the gluten friendly cookie, regular chocolate chip cookie, a chocolate peanut butter cookie, and a maple bacon cinnamon roll. It was at the end of the day. I don't know how often they cook their items, but it definitely had a texture indicative of having sat for quite a while. Daughter loved her gluten friendly cookie. Husband loves chocolate chip cookies, but was not impressed with this one. Chocolate peanut butter cookie was OK. The cinnamon roll was just awful. It looked and tasted like they didn't let the dough rise long enough.

I recently tried Dirty Dough’s cookies and brownies, and they were absolutely delicious! The cookies are soft, thick, and full of flavor β€” every bite feels homemade but with an extra gourmet twist. The brownies are rich, fudgy, and perfectly balanced, not overly sweet but super indulgent. On top of the amazing treats, the customer service was excellent. Angelina helped me out, and she was awesome β€” friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. Great desserts and great service all around! Highly recommend Dirty Dough if you’re looking to satisfy your sweet tooth!

Couldn’t wait for this place to open! I showed up on opening day excited to see what this new place had to offer. They have a nice selection! They have some of the same cookies all the time and add new flavors that they change weekly. Price was very reasonable for the size cookie you get. The packaging is attractive. The wait was reasonable for the amount of people that were waiting. I will be back to try some other flavors.
